Terms and Conditions:
- There is no obligation to enclose a donation to AICR to be eligible to win in this prize draw.
- The winner has already been selected at random from those mailed.
- The Grand prize will only be awarded if the winner responds to: Winning Against Cancer Prize Draw, AICR, FREEPOST (SCE15109), Witney OX28 4ZD, to arrive before the closing date of 31st January 2009.
- The prize is a 14 day Caribbean holiday for two people. The supporter who wins the prize and includes a donation with their entry can take their prize as £10,000 cash. If the winner takes the holiday they may choose a Caribbean destination up to a maximum cost of £10,200. Date and location restrictions may apply.
- Bonus prize: Entries returned within 7 days from receipt will be included in a Bonus Draw to win £500 cash.
- The draw is open to all recipients, in their name only, except employees of AICR and their families, agencies or other companies having any connection with the production of the draw.
- Participants in this draw must be 18 or over.
- AICR is responsible for running this prize draw and is responsible for providing the prizes. AICR’s registered office is at: Madras House, St Andrews, Fife KY16 9EH.
- AICR reserves the right to use the name(s) of the winner(s) in an abbreviated form and a photograph in any future mailings or promotional material.
- If the winner does not respond, any unclaimed prize funds will be retained by AICR.
- The Bonus prize will be awarded whether or not the Grand prize is claimed.
- Details of the prizes awarded will be sent on request to anyone who supplies a stamped self-addressed envelope.
- AICR will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged entries.
- AICR reserves the right to provide an alternative prize to the ones shown of an equal value.
- By returning the reply document and thus participating, acceptance of these rules is implied and it will be assumed entrants have read and understood all terms and conditions.
