In June 2009 AICR, in conjunction with the Professional Footballers Association, will take a team on the challenge of a lifetime. The 8 day trip to South Africa will take you through some of the most stunning scenery in the world.
The trip includes cycling, hiking, trekking, rafting and a special football match against a local team. The captains of the AICR team are former Chelsea stars David lee and Gareth Hall and they are looking for people to join their team.

If you are relatively fit, relish a challenge and would like to raise money for vital cancer research, then we want to hear from you. You will have the chance to take part in a memorable adventure and rub shoulders with some footballing legends. The challenge takes place in June 2009, and places are limited.
One of last year's captains, Neville Southall MBE, said, "It was probably the toughest challenge of my life, but really, really good fun. Most people want to go back again next year!"
