In 2004 we introduced online competitions to allow our supporters from all over the world to get involved. We would like thank the many tens of thousands of our supporters who have taken part.

Thirteenth Internet Competition

In our first competition of 2010 we were giving away a Sony digital photo frame. The lucky winner was Ian Wood from Derbyshire in the UK. Well done Ian!

2009

Twentieth Internet Competition

We were giving away a Kodak Digital Camera in our Christmas competition. The perfect prize for the holiday season! The lucky winner from the thousands of entrants we received was Michael James from Swansea in the UK

 

Nineteenth Internet Competition

This November we were giving away an Olympus digital camera. We received thousands of entrants and lots of donations so a big thank you to everyone that took the time to enter and donate! The lucky winner of the camera was Doreen Barnes from Newcastle in the UK. Well done Doreen!

 

Eighteenth Internet Competiton 

Our October competition was giving you the chance to win an iPod Shuffle. The lucky winner was Celine St-Germain from Quebec in Canada. Well done Celine!

 

Seventeenth Internet Competition

The lucky winner of our September competition was Barbara Childs from Plymouth in the UK. She was pleased at the good news of winning the Samsung digital camera! I know we say it every time but I would like to give a massive thank you to everyone that takes the time to donate. Every donation counts, no matter how small!

 

Sixteenth Internet Competition

Due to the huge success of the July competition we decided to give away another camera in our August competition. The lucky winner of the Olympus digital camera was Paul Dancer from Southampton in the UK. When told about his win, Paul said "Wow - that is fantastic news!!". Well done Paul!

Fifteenth Internet Competition  

 

Our July competition was offering you the perfect prize for your summer holidays! A Fuji Digital Camera. The lucky winner was Cecil Daisy from Brighton in the UK. Thousands of people entered this competition and we had lots of fantastic donations. We would like to thank everyone for their generosity as without your support we wouldn't be able to run the competitions.

 

Fourteenth Internet Competition

 

Our June competition was offering you the chance to win another 8GB iPod Nano. Yet again the Nano proved a popular prize as thousands of people entered for their chance to win this fantastic prize. The lucky winner was Evelyn Ho from Singapore! Evelyn was pleased when she was informed that she was the winner and said "this is really great news!

In preparation for the summer our May competition was giving away a Kodak Digital Camera. The lucky entrant was Paul Humphreys from Glasgow in the UK. Twelfth Internet Competition

 

Our April competition had up for grabs the all new iPod Shuffle. This is the first music player that talks to you! From the thousands of entrants that we received the lucky winner was Emma Axelsen from Suffolk in the UK. Thank you to everyone that enters our competitions and especially to the people that make a donation.

 

Eleventh Internet Competition

 

Our March competition was giving away a fantastic Polaroid PoGo Digital Printer. This is the worlds smallest digital printer! Our lucky entrant was Peter Harris from Middlesex in the UK! Thank you to everyone that entered this competition and as always a special thanks to the number of people that donated!

 

Tenth Internet Competition

 

Our January/February competition was the first one of the new year. To start of the new year we were giving away a 2GB iPod Shuffle, perfect for everyone that made a new years resolution to join a gym! The winning entrant of this competition was Adrian Crook from Cheshire in the UK. Adrian thought it was "fantastic news" that he had won. We would like to thank everyone that entered this competition and a big thank you to all the kind entrants that made donations.


2008

 

Ninth Internet Competition

 

Our Novemeber/December competition was offering you the chance to win a highly sought after Nintendo DS Lite with Dr Kawashimas Brain Training Game. After sorting through the thousands of entrants the lucky winner was Gill Abrahams from Kings Lynn in the United Kingdom. Gill was over the moon to win and was looking forward to receiving her prize! Yet again we had many generous donations so we would like to thank everyone for their kind offerings.

 

Eighth Internet Competition 

 

Our eighth Internet competition took place in October/November and we were offering you the chance to win a Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera. The lucky entrant was Chris Yates from Leeds in the United Kingdom! This competition proved to be very popular and we had a lot of generous donations so thank you!

 

Seventh Internet Competition

 

Our seventh Internet competition took place in October and the New Generation iPod Nano was won by Olubukola Adu from Kamloops in Canada! Thank you to the thousands that entered and a special thank you to the people that took the time to make kind donations.

 

 

 

Sixth Internet Competition

 

Our sixth Internet competition took place in August/September and the Flip Video Recorder was won by Debbie Murray of Georgia in the USA! Thank you to everyone who took part and especially to those who made donations.

 

 

 

Fifth Internet Competition

 

Our fifth Internet competition took place in June/July and we are pleased to announce that the Apple iPod Touch was won by Kormany Zsigmond of Hungary.

The response to this competition was outstanding and we would like thank everyone who took part and especially those who made donations. It is only through the generosity of like-minded people that we can continue to fund our growing number of cancer research projects.

 

Fourth Internet Competition

 

Our fourth and final Internet competition of 2004 was won by David Mower of Suffolk. Thank you to everyone who took part and especially those large numbers of people who made donations. The start of the next competition will be announced shortly. Congratulations to David who won a fantastic Portable DVD Player.

Third Internet Competition

 

Our third Internet competition of 2004 took place during September and October and was our most successful to date. The lucky winner of the ever popular Apple iPod was Edwin Kuleska from Texas - our first winner in the USA! Once more we would like to thank everyone who took part and especially those who made donations. We've said it before and we'll say it again - it is only through the kind donations made by entrants that we can run these competitions which help so much towards our vital work.

 

Second Internet Competition

 

Our second Internet competition of 2004 took place in July and we are pleased to announce that the Apple iPod was won by Vincent Mather of Cheshire. The response to this competition was even greater than the first and the level of donations was also higher. Thank you to everyone who took part and especially those who made donations.

 

Our First Internet Competition!

 

Our first ever online competition was won by Martina McKenna from Northern Ireland. Martina is a very active online competition player and commented, "I am delighted to win the digital camera, and even happier that the competition was in aid of such a worthwhile cause."
