There have been major advances in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of cancers in the past 27 years. Many people can now look forward with hope, thanks to the research carried out in previous years. However, more needs to be done.
AICR is funded entirely by charitable donations - we receive no money from Government or other public bodies. Therefore, we rely on the accumulation of many individual donations to continue to fund our valuable work.
