Chris's Kind Donation

Chris Oddy, from Siemens, presented a cheque for £1,750 to Dr Mark Cragg at the Univeristy of Southampton. Chris won the money at his work and decided that he would like to donate it to AICR. Dr Cragg gave Chris a tour of the laboratory and explained what AICR funded work he was currently working on.

We would like to thank Chris for his kind gesture.

By funding only the best science, we ensure that we have the highest chance of making significant progress.  Applications for funding are peer reviewed by our Scientific Advisory Committee and many are also sent to two experts in the field for external review.
